Refund Policy
Every report and the first month of every subscription is covered by a no-questions-asked 7-day money-back guarantee. We'd rather you tell us why it didn't fit than spend money you regret.
What's covered
- One-time reports (Intro, Single): full refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Pro ($40/mo): full refund of the first month within 7 days of the initial charge. After that, you can cancel at any time and we'll stop the next renewal — the current period stays paid.
- Team: refund terms are written into the individual contract; the default is the same 7-day window on the first invoice unless we agreed otherwise.
How to request
Email dennis@mercurial-ai.com from the address you used at checkout. Include the Stripe session id from your order confirmation if you have it; otherwise the ticker is enough. We try to acknowledge within one business day and process the refund within 5 business days. The money goes back to the original payment method; the bank's posting timeline varies.
What we'd love (but don't require)
If you have a minute when you write in: tell us what was off. The report missed a thesis? The memo felt thin? The tickers we cover weren't the ones you needed? Every refund email shapes the product. Treat it as informal feedback — you're still getting your money back either way.
Edge cases
We do not process refunds requested through chargebacks or payment disputes filed before contacting us — if there's a problem, please email first. Subscriptions cancelled before the first renewal are treated as the 7-day window above.
Tax
Refunds include any tax we charged on the original purchase.
